How To Join

You are welcome to come along to meetings as a visitor before you decide whether to join or not. Visitors are charged a fee of £5 per visit per person, paid on arrival by cash or bank card.

If you enjoy the meetings and wish to join, we offer the following membership types:

Membership Types

  • Single – defined as one adult (18+).
  • Joint – defined as two adults (18+) living at the same address.
  • Junior – defined as one person under the age of 18. Juniors must be accompanied at all times by a responsible adult (18+)
  • SEN – defined as an adult diagnosed with Special Educational Needs. SEN adults may require the support of their carers at meetings. This can be agreed on an individual basis

The club meets twice a month, usually at Thatcham Town Football Club, Waterside Park, Crookham Hill, Thatcham, Berkshire RG19 4PA. In the warmer drier weather, some meetings are held as field trips where we go out and about as a group with our cameras.

Membership Fees

The annual membership fees for the period April 2026 – March 2027 are:

  • Single – £75
  • Joint – £120
  • Junior – £20
  • Special Education Needs (SEN) – £20

To join as a member, please follow these steps:

  1. Complete the new membership form below
  2. Your application will be reviewed and approved… don’t worry there is no criteria you must meet… it just gives us time to review the information you have provided to make sure it’s complete.
  3. Pay the fee due, by bank transfer (preferred) when you submit the new membership form, or by card in person at the next TPC meeting. The bank transfer details are shown below.
  4. You will receive an email confirming your application and with more details about membership, the TPC WhatsApp group and the ‘members only’ section of the TPC website.
